I hope you are correct that more people use Groove than is obvious on the grounds that they don't want their competitors to learn about such a powerful tool.  My biggest fear is that if Groove remains the greatest platform you never heard of (my words) Microsoft will kind of merge Groove capabilities into its other products and then let the 'real' Groove fade away.  We have built a company around it.  We do accounting and other business services for clients; we always install Groove on their machines and then quickly develop apps in Groove Forms (often just a modification of existing apps we have already developed) to do things like capture their times and activities.  Our accounting people share the workspace with the client and can then enter data directly into the client accounting system without any need for the client to produce month-end summaries, transfer documents, or anything else.  We use the product internally for al our own systems.  We have three office Centres and answer phones for both tenants and 'virtual' clients.  Because our In/Out "board" is a Groove app, any incoming call can be answered by any of the three Centres and the receptionist knows instantly whether the client is in or out and, if the latter, when they are expected back, regardless of which Centre that client is associated with.  Simlarly, our Office Tracking system is a Groove app.  If someone is 'shopping' for the best deal and goes to more than one of our Centres, the Centre managers all know instantly that the person has made contact and been quoted $X for an office, etc.  Thanks to Excel, Groove, and Toucan Reporter, we invoice our clients for their telephone usage by midday on the first day of the month.  Each invoice shows all calls made, where to, the time and duration, and the cost, despite the fact that we don't receive an invoice from the phone company for another two weeks.  All our other billing systems and work analysis applications are built around Groove.  We have over 100 active workspaces and Groove is the sole reason that we can run a $5 million business with ten staff.
